Terms & Conditions –>Nurturing Petals: Gynecology & Fertility Care
Welcome to Nurturing Petals. By choosing our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern all appointments, communications, and treatments. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service.
Disclaimer:
The policies and conditions laid down by our clinic are formulated solely to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic. Their primary purpose is to facilitate a safe, organized, and patient-friendly environment so that we can provide every patient with the highest standard of medical care and attention.
Appointments & Cancellations
All consultations and treatments at Nurturing Petals are conducted by Dr. Milind Chauhan and his qualified team, in accordance with our standard care protocols.
If you’re unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 2-3 hours in advance by calling +91-99200 15140.
We request all patients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for registration and any required documentation. While we strive to maintain punctuality, there may be instances where we must reschedule or delay an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Personal Data Collection
We collect relevant personal information, such as your name, age, gender, email address, contact number, and brief medical concerns. This enables us to deliver timely and appropriate care tailored to your needs.
Communication Policy
By providing your contact details during appointment booking or registration, you authorize Nurturing Petals to contact you via email, SMS, or phone calls. These communications may include appointment updates, test results, health tips, or service updates.
We may employ verified third-party vendors to manage our communication systems securely. Your details will not be shared for any marketing purpose and will only be used to contact you on behalf of the clinic.
Call & IP Logs
For quality assurance and service improvement, we may record incoming calls and maintain secure logs of phone and web interactions. These are strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized personnel when necessary for care or operations.
Treatment Courses & Packages
If you book a treatment course or plan, it is assumed you intend to complete it fully. Refunds or partial claims will not be entertained unless the patient is found medically unfit to continue. This will be evaluated at the clinic’s discretion.
Package holders scheduling appointments as part of a pre-paid treatment plan will not be subject to additional consultation fees for those sessions.
Treatment Suitability
Before proceeding with any treatment, we conduct a thorough evaluation to determine suitability. In rare cases where a treatment is deemed inappropriate, you will only be charged for the consultation, if applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Nurturing Petals and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss due to treatments, except in cases of proven negligence.
It is the patient’s responsibility to disclose complete medical history and any relevant health conditions before treatment. We are not liable for any complications that arise due to withheld information.
Patients are expected to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the doctor. Failure to do so may affect recovery outcomes and absolve the clinic of further liability.
Complaints & Feedback
We are committed to providing compassionate and respectful care. Should you have a concern or complaint, you may reach out to us verbally, over a call, or in writing.
If necessary, you may be invited for an additional consultation to resolve the matter. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, the case will be escalated to our clinical leadership for further review.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Nurturing Petals, all services are typically non-refundable, and cancellations or returns are not usually possible. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. In such cases, the matter can be considered with mutual agreement between the patient and the management.
